While we were staying in Estero in the spring of 2016, we called Gulf & Bay Realty and were introduced to Greg Backus and Steve Horn. Since my husband is retiring soon, we were specifically looking for a condo complex that would allow us to have our dog. In the prior months, I had looked extensively for properties online. As a result, I had a good idea of what I was looking for. For the two of us, the view was very important. We knew we wanted a high-rise tower. We did not want a single-family home. Virtually none of the towers in the greater Naples-Fort Myers area would allow a dog who weighed nearly 60 pounds, but Greg found us a few “hard to find” options. Greg was kind enough on short notice to give us a complete tour of the communities and to show us the condominiums that were for sale.
