Unlike traditional private golf clubs, bundled communities generally do not require a large upfront initiation or equity fee. Homeowners typically pay annual club membership dues, often included in the Master HOA fee, which usually cover golf privileges and access to amenities such as tennis, pools, fitness centers, and the clubhouse.
Bundled golf communities can offer a more affordable way to enjoy the Southwest Florida golf lifestyle. However, avid golfers should consider that tee time availability may be more limited, and homeowners are generally required to pay annual club dues until the home is sold.
